1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Balance" refers to the sum of deposited funds, winnings, and bonus credits held in a player's bk188 Account at any given time.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to the portion of a player's Balance consisting of actual deposited funds and cash winnings, excluding bonus credits.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits awarded by bk188 subject to wagering requirements and bonus-specific terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total value of bets that must be placed before a Bonus Balance or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Minimum Age. The bk188 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By creating an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while using the Platform. bk188 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Where a player is found to have misrepresented their age, bk188 will immediately suspend the Account, void all wagers placed during the period of underage use, and forfeit any Balance accrued, regardless of how the funds were obtained.

2.2 Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the bk188 Platform is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you are connecting. bk188 does not represent or warrant that use of the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions. Players who access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk and in breach of these Terms.

2.3 Personal Capacity. You must be acting in your own personal capacity when using the Platform. You may not act as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party. You must not use the Platform for commercial purposes, including operating as a reseller of gaming credits or acting as an intermediary between bk188 and third-party players.

2.4 Mental Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not use the Platform if you are subject to a court order or other legal restriction preventing you from entering into contracts or engaging in gambling activities.

2.5 Not a Problem Gambler. You confirm that you are not registering for or using the Platform in a compulsive manner and that gambling does not interfere with your financial responsibilities, employment, or personal relationships. 3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirement. To access the full range of bk188 services, including depositing funds, placing bets, and claiming bonuses, you must create a registered Account. Account creation requires submission of accurate and complete registration information including a valid username, email address, and mobile phone number.

3.2 Accuracy of Information. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and keep your Account information updated at all times. bk188 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the accuracy of the information provided. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one Account on the bk188 Platform. Creating, operating, or accessing multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identity information, device, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. bk188 uses automated and manual monitoring to detect multi-accounting. Where multiple Accounts belonging to the same individual are identified, all Accounts will be suspended, any pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any Balance in excess of the original deposited amount may be forfeited.

3.4 Account Security. You are wholly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. bk188 will treat all activity performed using your login credentials as activity authorised by you. If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bk188 support immediately at [email protected].

3.5 Identity Verification (KYC). bk188 may require identity verification at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a change of Account information. Verification may require submission of a government-issued photo ID (such as a National Identity Card), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe specified by bk188 may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of the verification process.

3.6 Account Suspension by Player. Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request temporary Account suspension or self-exclusion by contacting the bk188 support team. Requests for self-exclusion will be processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the player's Account will be deactivated and no bets, deposits, or withdrawals will be possible.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Approved Payment Methods. bk188 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the Approved Payment Methods listed on the Platform. At present, supported methods for players in Bangladesh include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, as well as selected bank transfer options. bk188 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account. There is no platform fee charged by bk188 on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which bk188 accepts no responsibility.

4.3 Deposit Processing Time. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your bk188 Account within 60 seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. In the event of a payment provider outage or technical delay, crediting may take longer. If a deposit does not appear in your Account within 30 minutes, please contact bk188 support with your transaction reference number.

4.4 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

4.5 Withdrawal Processing. bk188 aims to process withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad wallets within one hour of request submission during standard operating hours. Processing times may be longer during periods of high volume, maintenance windows, or where an Account is subject to verification review. bk188 reserves the right to delay processing of withdrawal requests pending completion of identity verification or investigation of suspected irregular activity.

4.6 Withdrawal to Source of Funds. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically possible. This policy is in place to prevent fraud and money laundering. Where this is not possible due to a change in payment provider, bk188 may require additional verification before processing the withdrawal to an alternative method.

4.7 Prohibited Payment Practices. The following are strictly prohibited: use of payment accounts belonging to third parties; deposits made for the purpose of money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity; chargebacks or reversal requests on genuine gaming transactions; and use of credit extended by third-party financial institutions for the purpose of gambling.

4.8 Currency. The functional currency of the bk188 Platform is the Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). All Balances, transactions, bets, and winnings are displayed and processed in BDT. Any currency conversion costs incurred by the player through their payment provider are the sole responsibility of the player.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms. bk188 offers various promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the promotion, which supplement and take precedence over the general bonus terms set out in this section where there is any conflict.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses awarded by bk188 are subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. 5.3 Bonus Expiry. All bonuses have an expiry date. Any Bonus Balance and associated wagering requirements that remain unsatisfied at the expiry date will be automatically removed from the Account. Players will not receive compensation for expired bonuses.

5.4 Bonus Abuse. bk188 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus repeatedly; placing bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk (also known as "bonus hunting" or "matched betting" using opposing stakes); exploiting technical errors or loopholes in bonus systems; and using automated tools to generate bonus-eligible activity. bk188 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and suspend Accounts where bonus abuse is detected.

5.5 Eligibility. bk188 reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility at its sole discretion based on player history, deposit method, geographic location, or any other factor deemed relevant. The bk188 support team can advise on eligibility for specific promotions upon request.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Rules. Each casino game and sports betting market on the bk188 Platform operates according to its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game or market interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager. bk188 does not accept responsibility for losses incurred due to a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

6.2 Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by bk188 and the relevant game provider. bk188 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously erroneous price, on an incorrectly configured market, or in circumstances where the integrity of the game or event is in question. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's Account.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on the bk188 Platform. These limits are displayed in the relevant game or market interface and may vary by product, game type, and player Account status. bk188 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.

6.4 Disconnection Policy. In the event of a disconnection during a live game session or in-play bet, bk188 will endeavour to apply a fair resolution in accordance with the relevant game provider's disconnection policy. Where possible, game state at the time of disconnection will be recovered from server-side records. bk188 does not accept responsibility for losses arising from network failures outside our control.

6.5 Malfunction Policy. 7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bk188 Platform. Engaging in any of the following will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and may result in reports being filed with relevant authorities:

• Registering while under the age of 21 or registering on behalf of a person under the age of 21.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading identity or contact information.
• Operating or accessing more than one Account on the bk188 Platform.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to generate bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the bk188 software or any third-party game software accessed through the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or other player-versus-player formats.

8. Responsible Gaming

9. Intellectual Property

10. Limitation of Liability

10.3 Maximum Liability. Where bk188's liability cannot be excluded by law, bk188's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Player's Own Risk. Gambling involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose all funds deposited into your bk188 Account and that bk188 does not guarantee any return on funds wagered. You accept full responsibility for your gambling decisions.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
